We also solemnly affirm the AI does not keep a record of any medical data, information, or document you share or upload to it. And you confirm that you share such data of your own free will. You also agree to not make any decisions about your health based on recommendations from this AI without first consulting your real physician.

As a user you also agree to release the makers of My Labs AI and the provider hospital or clinic who directs you to it from all liability if you do not follow all the advice in this terms of use statement which you have accepted.
